Make a referral for Legal Support

The My Rights, My Say Legal Support service offers expert legal advice and representation to 12–15-year-olds with additional support needs.

It supports them when disagreements about their support can’t be resolved at school or through other means. The service can help children and young people to understand their rights, explore their options, and when appropriate make a reference to the Additional Support Needs Tribunal.
